When a phone number is deleted in the demographics section, the field will not completely clear, leaving (__) __-______ behind. If pt changes phone numbers from home number to cell number only, the patient list still shows blank (__) __-______ instead of picking up on the cell number as default. Also, in that case, the CCR will not print a phone number.

We double enter the cell in both cell and home slot so we know that it is the only line. Not perfect but...
