I am trying to print out all Encounter Notes for a patient. I go to: Pull Visit History, Past Encounters, Progress Notes only, hit "Print". I printed 2/3 of the notes, but the last 6 notes didn't print. Is there a limit of documents that can be printed? Any work around for this?

Are you clicking on Print Selection right underneath the Progress Notes only or going to File...etc.

I have never had an issue with its printing all the notes.

I am using the Print button on top right (not File).

I too when wanting to print entire medical records for pt that have moved out of town the print formal health record prints only 2 days (the summary only) even if all the checks are marked for imms, encounter demo etc are checked
