Does anyone else have this problem? The scheduler schedules the appointment but AC never puts it in. Then the patient shows up and there is no appointment in AC.

We keep an NCR copy of our "appointment cards" in the chart so we do have written confirmation that the patient is actually correct and does indeed have an appointment that day.

Any thoughts?

We have had this happen several times but I am not sure why.
