I'd love to see my assessment with my plan directly below it, not having my plan separated into another section.

Post 100. Do I get a free set of steak knives?

Hi Frank

I was trained to put the plan directly under each assessment. Through time with AC I have come to appreciate having them separate because I print off the plan and have the front desk hand it to them at check out. That way the staff has my orders for follow up and the patients have a reminder of what needs to happen before their next visit.
