I think that AC should have a place in the demographics where it can show peoples maiden names, married names...ect.

Yes, definitely!

We currently put them in paranthesis after the "official" name, but it messes up the E Rx requests, and can be confusing.

We have some patients who have tertiary insurance. I wish we had the option of entering that information in.

Also, sometimes we need more than one modifier per code. Wish we had a place for that.
