Whate is the best format for making a digital signature in general. I would prefer to use one program, create one file and save on flashdrive as I will be eventually be working in two different locations. Also, signature needs to be unalterable.... can you pc software gurus help....

1. There is really no best format. You can save in .bmp, jpg, png. etc.

2. There really is no best program. Most use Paint to make the signature. As I stated in an earlier post, I found Ulead Photoimpact to be, by far, the easiest to size the signature.

3. Why do you need to carry a flash drive around for the signature?

4. Not sure what you mean by unalterable. It basically is. If you scan and then save to a .bmp, etc. then import it into AC, it will show up on all of your documents. Only you should have access to your computer, so when you print or fax a document, the signature will be there. If you are looking for something that would be considered legal with public and private keys and AES, etc., you are talking something totally different which a pharmacy won't understand anyway nor would they have a public key.
