For the past two months I have used the search option for the villages on my island (towns elsewhere, clicked emaill bcc and sent out a newsletter to those patients with email. This month on village in particular will come up with the list and when we click emaail bcc nothing happens. It worked with 6 other villages but not this one (and worked with them all previously). So far tech support hasnt figured it out. They need to get on when no one is on the system and upload the list to see why, of course that has been impossible due to volume the past few days! Any thought would be great!
