I am no coding expert, so take this with a big grain of salt, but the short answer is no. A 99211 (estab visit) is a nurse visit but a 99201 is a basic physician/provider visit. So if your nurse did a lot of ground work for you and you then "lay eyes on them", you probably could meet the requirements.
As a resident, one of my preceptors told me to read the intro section to a coding book to learn how to code. Our residency actually brought in coders to teach us basic coding. But, the thing that helped me the most was........marrying someone who knew more about coding than I did!
