ScottM Member Registered: 03/15/08 Posts: 51 Loc: AZ	Ouch! So it now costs $699 (after rebate) for a program that retails for $199. Based on my experience with ver 9, I really find it hard to believe there is $500 of value in the Dragon Small Medical practice product vs. the Preferred.

oncdoc Member Registered: 10/03/08 Posts: 15	anyone figure out a work around. I am probably gonna buy medical 10 even though i just bought preferred 10. waste of money- but they got me good. ouch. few choices and no competition is the problem.

Brian posted an optimization article way back when but basically it's: buy the fasted computer with the most RAM you can, buy the best mike - ask Tina, and then do the tutorials. Mine works great now.
