SLK - thanks. My web master did it by downloading a trial version of Abode, created my patient registaration and history forms and posted them to my web. We now use YouSendIT. Costs $100 per year and allows secure emails to be sent to me so I can dow

Sambo, We have found tech support to be nothing less than excellent. We generally start by initiating a chat, and always get a quick, helpful response. I would suggest that you try that route, rather than calling.
