Perhaps the most amazing part of Amazing Charts is our affordable Maintenance & Technical Support service. For just $500/year for a solo physician (plus $100 per additional provider/year), you receive all our database updates, program upgrades, and our terrific Guardian Angel support.

Features of our Maintenance & Support service include:

Program Upgrades: Amazing Charts is regularly enhanced and improved. Subscribers to our Maintenance & Support service get all our program updates and upgrades as they are released (approximately once a quarter*). Subscribers may also request to be beta testers to receive all our enhancements before they are officially released.

Database Updates: We update our full medication database with all the new meds (and removed meds) on a regular basis*. In addition, our update service provides you with the latest CPT, HCPCS, and ICD codes that can be easily imported into Amazing Charts.

Interface Annual Charges waived: Subscribers to our Maintenance & Support service do not have to pay annual interface charges for some interfaces that otherwise require an annual interface charge. These include laboratory, document management, and a number of other third-party interfaces. Without having our Maintenance plan, all interface prices are for one year of use.

Guardian Angel Support: Our Guardian Angel Support includes telephone, email, and online remote access support – the best in the industry! Guardian Angel support provides you a a toll-free support number to call weekdays from 8AM to 8PM EST (5AM to 5PM PST). For off business hours we support email questions with same or next day response. Our english-speaking support staff is fully trained on Amazing Charts and will help you or your staff with all issues that arise. If we can't figure it out, we move it immediately to our developers to sort out and solve your problem.

*While we strive for quarterly updates, releasing excellent software is our goal and we will not release buggy and sub-optimal software simply to meet an arbitrary deadline. In some instances you may see more than one update a quarter, and other times you may not receive an update for more than a quarter. Annual subscribers receive all updates when they are released and may opt to be a beta-testers of pre-release versions.
