Here's how our service works: as you sign your notes in Amazing Charts, an electronic superbill is automatically generated. Each night, easily export and upload this superbill data over a secured and encrypted (HIPAA-compliant) connection to our servers. The billing company takes this data, reviews and scrubs it for errors, submits it, and deals with denials.

Invoices for unpaid balances are sent out monthly, and uncollected charges can even be submitted directly to a collection agency on a case by case basis.
