For $500/year (plus $100 each additional provider), you will receive our terrific Guardian Angel support as well as all our program upgrades with all our latest features and enhancements. This includes our full FDA updated medication database (usually released quarterly), as well as the updated ICD-9 and CPT code databases. Click here for more details.

As in our license, this maintenance & support service is based on providers only, and not your support staff. For example, the price for this update, upgrade & support (i.e., maintenance) for a practice with 3 providers would be $700/year.
 
 
Amazing Charts OffSite Backup
For just $250/year you can easily encrypt and upload your Amazing Charts database to our HIPAA-secure data center. Uploading your database at the end of the day is the surest way to keep your data safe and sound, and ensures your precious data is protected in case of an office disaster (e.g., fire, vandalism, damaged computer, or other unforeseen problems). Our OffSite Backup service is built for those who sleep better knowing all their patient records are safely and securely backed-up in a secure location. Your databases are encrypted more securely than even HIPAA requires, and are uploaded through a secure 128-bit SSL connection (the kind banks use for monetary transactions). Amazing Charts Billing Service
Starting at just 5% of practice collections, our Amazing Charts Billing Service will submit claims to your insurance carriers, deal with denials, and provide you with online detailed (and useful) reports regarding your financial state, accounts receivables, coding habits, and much more.

Unlike third-party billers that charge 7% to 10%, or even more just to submit your claims (and then requires your own staff to enter data and deal with all the denials), Amazing Charts takes pride in offering the same level of service & efficiency that you have come to expect from us. While the vast majority of practices have no difficulty getting Amazing Charts installed and implemented without us actually coming to your place - a few folks have realized that given the vast amount of money they are saving using our software leaves tens of thousands of dollars to spend how they like.
