Difficulty Installing The Program? Try the .MSI version

If you have difficulty running the installer first try turning off your antivirus software (e.g., Norton, Trend Microsystems, AOL spamblocker are the worst culprits). If you get an error about being unable to write to the log file,then click here to try the .msi installer package.

Note to existing Amazing Charts users upgrading from a prior version!

You will need to tune your database to use the latest version with your existing database. This requires a subscription to our Maintenance Plan.
